Air obtained her western education from the University of Tennessee while working in Children's Hospital, pharmacies and the greenhouses of the university.

Air is dedicated to the practice of talk therapy, clinical counseling and performance mindset after trauma. She currently focuses on coaching survivors of trauma and males overcoming dating challenges.

Air owned South Florida's largest apothecary and crystal stores for seven years, Flying with Air. With USDA and PETA approved products, she believes in natural remedies. All of her products are farm to shelf.

As a lifelong student and teacher, Air has obtained decades of sacred healing information. She enjoys both practicing and teaching in the modalities of yoga, tantra, sound bath, tarot, reiki, spirituality and cacao ceremonies.
